Albert and Deborah Harris, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 125 Front St. to William and Christine Albin, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock and 4,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2002.
FLAGLER BEACH
Aribert and Olga Saur, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 385 Lambert Ave. to Frank and Odell Clegg, of Flagler Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,690 square feet of living area.
PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Wachovia Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 10 Packard Lane to Rachel Ord, of Palm Coast, for $78,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area.
Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 127 Persimmon Drive to Dennis and Kathleen Rossi, of Flagler Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,000 in 2003.
Canopy Walk
Joseph Del Mastro and Jean Armstrong, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 215 at 200 Canopy Walk Lane to Judith Mitchell and Sherree Frazier, both of Oviedo, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.
Fairchild Oaks
Regions Bank sold the home at 8 Hanover Drive to Edwin and Deborah Forsberg, and Bradley Dailey, all of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet of living area.
