Gilyard Foundation puts cleats on feet of 'A' student-athletes

The Gilyard Foundation, set up by Flagler Palm Coast High School graduate and St. Louis Rams wide receiver Mardy Gilyard, gave away 16 pairs of cleats July 28 to Flagler County students who received straight A’s in school.

Kristen Jones, one of Gilyard’s cousins, helped distribute the cleats, and Trish Crudup, Gilyard’s mother, came to offer encouragement to the young athletes.
