+ Oogleberry wins Outstanding Achievement for teen marketing
OllyOogleberry.com, developed by Lou Hughes, of Moving Minds LLC, has been awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in the teen category by the Interactive Media Council. The award is IMA’s second highest honor. The website, which features a blue alien called Olly Oogleberry, was recognized for its “high standard of planning, execution and overall professionalism.”
+ Suzie Adams named real estate rookie of the year by ‘The Real Estate Book’
Suzie Adams, a real estate agent, was recently recognized with the Rookie of the Year award from Network Communications, the parent company of “The Real Estate Book.”
To be eligible, agents must have joined the company during the past year. Adams was nominated, with two other agents, from a pool of 20 eligible in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
She currently lives in Flagler Beach and purchased both the St. Johns and Flagler counties territories to publish the book.
“I know I am doing my part to help get Flagler County out of this housing crisis one issue at a time,” she wrote in an email. The book comes out every four weeks, with 9,000 copies delivered across the county.

+ Beltone Northern Florida throws grand re-opening party for Palm Coast clinic
Michael Andreozzi, owner of Beltone Northern FL, the audiologist clinic, held a grand re-opening of Beltone’s Palm Coast location Wednesday, Aug. 17, at 377 Palm Coast Parkway.

+ Florida Hospital Partner Program adds Fitness One to health club network
The Florida Hospital Premium Partner Program announced that it has added a new gym partner, Fitness One, at 250 Old Kings Road, to its network of health clubs. Premium members can now choose from any of the Volusia-Flagler Family YMCAs or Fitness One.
Fitness One is a 25,000 square-foot facility overlooking a lake, surrounded by a half-mile trail.
