Permits in for new pavilion at Indian Trails Sports Complex

A total of 109 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Tuesday, Dec 6.

AM Weigel Construction submitted a $264,200 commercial permit, and a $43,800 commercial permit application, for a maintenance building and a pavilion, respectively, at the Indian Trails Sports Complex, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

Commercial permits were also issued to Manley Construction, for $20,000 parking lot modifications at 315 Palm Coast Parkway, T-Con Group Inc., for $2,000 alterations to Hartland Dental Group at 85 Cypress Point Parkway, and Budgen Construction, for $1,800 alterations to 2 Old Kings Road.

One occupancy order was issued, as well, to Dr. Jeanelle Brown, for the Sheridan Health Corp. at 21 Hospital Drive.

A $20,000 commercial certificate was occupancy was issued to the city of Palm Coast for the Waterstar Project (2 Utility Drive). A $2,000 permit was issued to Palm Coast Residential Services for The Chocolate Factory (18 Hargrove Grade). And a $1,800 permit was issued to Nikzad Plaza shopping strip (85 Cypress Point Parkway).

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $345,000 single-family home at 191 Willow Oak Way. The largest renovation permit was issued to Gemstone Contractorst, for a $45,000 addition to 50 Breeze Hill.

Site-development applications were also submitted by Pastor Phil Huebner, for two portables at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Zevn Cohen, for a 4,510-square-foot building/parking lot at Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, and Steve Dearing, for renovations to Kentucky Fried Chicken.
