Riders roll across town

Riders gathered to experience the joy of biking Saturday, Jan. 8, at the Joy Ride, organized by promoter Renny Roker.
 

The event gave riders the opportunity to bike their choice of three trails. The long ride was a 26-mile trek that looped along Royal Palms Parkway, Lehigh Trail, Colbert Lane up to Waterfront Park, Linear Park and back.
 

But before riders set out on the trails, members of the community came together to film a “We are Palm Coast” montage to be sent to the late night TV host David Letterman. Maybe he will bring his bike if he ever visits Palm Coast.
