Michael and Betty Nacarato, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 2 Via Verona to John and Edna Reid, of Powell, Ohio, for $720,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 3,909 square feet of living area.

Earl Spencer Jr. and Barbara Spencer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 900 Magnolia Terrace to Stephen and Mary White, of Flagler Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area.

James and Mary Tucker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Andover Drive to Lorraine DeFranco, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area.
Sugar Mill
Kenneth and Patricia Stieren, of Johns Creek, Ga., sold the home at 27 Sugar Mill Lane S. to Samuel Frankel Jr. and Sandra Frankel, of Flagler Beach, for $332,500. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 2005.

James and Shelly Kell, of York, Pa., sold Unit 568 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to Richard and Maryann Foote, of Charlestown, R.I., for $180,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold for $615,000 in 2007.
D. Michael and Patricia Dodge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Atlantic Place to E. Patrick Garrigan Jr. and Marry Ann Garrigan, of Manakin Sabot, Va., for $630,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,940 square feet of living area. It sold for $945,000 in 2007.
Marlen Management Inc. sold the home at 20 Cinnamon Beach Place to Gordon and Roberta Irving, of Ocoee, for $465,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,240 square feet of living area.

Frank Evans sold the home at 26 Blaine Tree Place to Ivo and Maria Gallo, of Palm Coast, for $59,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $57,500 in 2011.
