Paul and Sherri Orciani, of Mills River, N.C., sold the home at 552 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a spa and 3,276 square feet of living area.

Matthew and Colleen Boudreau, of Dunkirk, Md., sold Unit 914 at 900 Canopy Walk Lane to Jack and Linda O’Malley, of Sandusky, Ohio, for $175,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2005.
Fuquay
Christopher Taylor, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1315 Central Ave. S. to Steven Deloach, of Destrehan, La., for $260,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2010.

Alexander Faymanov sold the home at 31 Buttermill Drive to Samuel and Maria Cotto, of Jersey City, N.J., for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,500 in 2005.
Lehigh Woods
Ronald and Alice Marohn sold the home at 141 Rolling Sands Drive to Lawrence Snellman, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,600 in 2002.

Anthony Brescia and Jayne Evans, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold Unit 445 at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way to John Eisenach, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $470,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $823,400.

Raissia Haberman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Farmsworth Drive to David Carl, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,100 in 2005.

Darline Jerome, of Pembroke Pines, sold the home at 3 Pope Lane to Daryl Rauscher and Larry Powell, of Bunnell, for $80,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,100 in 2006.
