Sept. 23
It’s my purse, and I can cry if I want to
3:20 p.m. — 100 Block of Cypress Point Parkway. Larceny shoplifting. An employee stated that he observed four females selecting various items and walking throughout the store in which he works.
He then witnessed two of the girls enter the shoe department and conceal the items in their individual purses, while the others went to the lingerie department to do the same. All four of the girls then proceeded through the front doors, making no attempts to pay for the concealed items. The employee then stopped the girls to speak with them, at which time the girls admitted to the theft.
The total value of the items taken was $165.99. The items were returned to the store, and the four accused girls were taken into custody and given trespass warnings.
Saddle-Bag Bandit strikes
2:30 p.m. — 7000 Block of County Road 304. Larceny. The victim stated she had a package stolen from the front of her home. The package was meant to be picked up by her mail carrier. She was selling a set of detachable, fabric motorcycle saddle bags, valued at $164.95, on eBay, and had them wrapped up and ready for shipping.
The victim notified her mail carrier that the package would be under the mailbox, but she later received a call from the mail carrier stating that the package was gone when he arrived. There is no suspect information available, and there are no known witnesses; however, the victim stated that her garbage pickup service had been to the house during the window of time in which the theft occurred. Upon calling, she was advised that the garbage collectors did not pick up her package.

5:05 p.m. — 5000 East State Road 100. Larceny. A mother advised that her son’s cell phone was stolen from his school. The phone was taken sometime between 9 and 10 a.m. from the boys bathroom on the bottom floor of the building.
The phone was geo-located to the area of Radcliffe Drive, in Palm Coast. An unknown suspect was texting the reporting party, stating the phone would not be returned. The phone was reported as stolen, and the victims were advised to call the service provider and have it shut off.
Sept. 27
GPS AWOL
11:40 a.m. — First Block of Lynbrook Drive. Larceny motorvehicle. A victim advised that someone went into her vehicle overnight and stole her GPS unit and six CDs. The car had been parked in the driveway of her residence and left unsecured, and it had no visible signs of forced entry or damage. The GPS was valued at $400, and there is no suspect information at this time. No evidence of fingerprints were recovered for printing.

Smiley-face trophy stolen
6:15 p.m. — 1000 Block of Palm Coast Parkway Northeast. Larceny shoplifting. An officer responded to a call at the victimized business in reference to a trophy that had been stolen from the restaurant. A witness stated that two blonde females, approximately 17 years in age, came into the business and stole a smiley-face trophy from the counter. The girls appeared to be intoxicated.
The witness stated that the girls left the store on foot, heading west, but she was unable to provide any further suspect information.

Sept. 25
Lars and the Real Steeler?
10:15 p.m. — 200 Block of St. Joe Plaza Drive. Larceny. An officer responded to a reported theft. The victim stated that he and some friends were at this place of business watching the Pittsburgh Steelers game, and that he had set up a 7-foot-tall inflatable player outside the front of the building.
The victim advised that at approximately 10:10 p.m., it was discovered that the inflatable had been stolen, and there was no suspect information available. The inflatable is valued at approximately $90.
