A total of 96 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Oct. 12 and Wednesday, Oct. 19.

Two commercial permit applications were issued, one for the $6 million, two-story medical plaza on 120 Cypress Edge Drive, and another $3,600 permit for The Sweets Boutique Candy Shop, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.

Two occupancy permits were issued, as well, to Dustin Keasler for Digital DNA/Electrical Contractor (on 15 Hargrove Lane), and another to Jay Curbow, for Curbow Construction & Consulting (29 Old Kings Road).

A technical-site-plan application was also submitted, by William Butler Oct. 5, for capital improvements to Palm Coast Gateway Improvements.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Bellagio Custom Homes, for a $451,000 single-family home at 26 North Village Parkway. The largest renovation permit was issued to Dom Salvatore’s Home, for a $7,000 addition to 44 Langdon Drive.
