Microtel Inn earns 10th straight J.D. Powers award

Palm Coast’s Microtel Inn and Suites, located at 16 Kingswood Drive, was recently ranked “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Economy/Budget Hotel Chains,” by J.D. Powers & Associates, for the 10th year in a row.

“We continue to make guest satisfaction our top priority, despite the challenging economy,” said Suzanne Akley, general manager.

The Palm Coast Microtel Inn and Suites has also completed property renovations and recently outfitted each room with new mattresses.
