The second-annual Great Strides Walk was held Saturday, Sept. 24, in Town Center.

The walk is an effort to raise awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in support of the nearly 30,000 Cystic Fibrosis patients in the United States and one Palm Coast child, Breezy Shiflett.

Shiflett was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 2008. Visit breezysbravery.blogspot.com.
