The following is an update for permit activity in the city from March 22 through March 28:
Total number of all permits issued: 132
Commercial permits issued:
• A $7,500 permit was issued to Verdego Inc., for walkways and landscaping at 23 Front St.
• A $6,000 permit was issued to 3B’s Custom Concrete, for walkways at 98 Palm Coast Resort Blvd.
Commercial permits applied for:
• A $1.2 million permit was applied for by Stephen Gehring Construction, for remodeling of existing photo lab, refrigeration, vision center and pharmacy at Walmart at 174 Cypress Point Parkway.
• A $200,000 permit was applied for by Stirling Construction, for interior renovations to Palm Coast Dental Care at 85 Cypress Point Parkway.
Residential permits issued:
• A $358,000 permit was issued to Keystone Homes, for a single-family residence at 30 Westmill Lane.
• A $286,000 permit was issued to Skyway Builders, for a single-family residence at 18 Native Oak Court.
• A $270,000 permit was issued to Seagate Homes LLC, for a single-family residence at 34 Edge Lane.
• A $236,000 permit was issued to DR Horton Inc., for a single-family residence at 3 Diamond Leaf Way.
• A $70,000 permit was issued to Whitley Builders, for an addition to 26 Ferber Lane.
• A $26,000 permit was issued to All Florida Custom Homes, for alterations to 30 Bennett Lane.
• A $15,000 permit was issued to Ronald Dorfler, for an addition to 14 Wilmart Lane.
• A $9,000 permit was issued to Lancia Custom Homes Inc., for an addition to 28 Pine Cottage Lane.
• An $8,500 permit was issued to Dacom Home Accents, for an addition to 31 Eastwood Drive.
• A $6,200 permit was issued to Encompass Enclosures LLC, for an addition to 15 Birchsire Lane.
• A $6,000 permit was issued to Jose Lopez Construction, for an addition to 11 New Oak Leaf Drive.
• A $5,168 permit was issued to A Certified Screen, for an addition to 7 Lagare Street.
• A $5,000 permit was issued to A Certified Screen, for an addition to 59 Zinnia Trail.
