Tim Morley leaves for two-year mission

Former Matanzas High School quarterback Tim Morley will report April 4 to the Missionary Training Center, in Utah, beginning a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Morley played his senior season at Matanzas, after transferring from Rexburg, Idaho. He played quarterback at Ave Maria University, in Naples, in 2011.

He will serve for the next two years in the Argentina Mendoza mission of the church, speaking Spanish.
