The Flagler County Red Knights have selected the Burn Center at Shands Hospital, in Gainesville as their charity.
Recently, the group held a poker run for the center, at the White Eagle Lounge, and donated the proceeds.
The group also assigned new officers: Sgt. of Arms Perry Scholl, Treasurer Maureen Bowers, Road Capt. Bob Moore, Secretary Marsha Knapp, Vice President Ken Knapp and President Thomas Baker.
The group, which has grown from 22 to 35 members in 10 months, meets 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month, at High Jackers Restaurant, at the Flagler County Airport.
