A total of 99 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Aug. 9 and Aug. 15.

A commercial permit was issued to Big Services Inc., for $100,000 interior and exterior renovations of CVS Pharmacy, at 5151 Belle Terre Parkway.

An occupancy permit was issued to The Florida Urology Center, located at 19 Old Kings Road North.

Anthony Craig Guccione was issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for Florida Gold Exchange, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, and Curtis Lawrence was issued the same for Panacea Alliance at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway Northwest. Diania Minotti was also issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for Diana Minotti Fine Art at 15 Palm Harbor Village Way.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $211,000 single-family residence at 105 South Hummingbird Place. The largest renovation permit of the week was issued to A Certified Screen for a $9,400 addition at 129 Barrington Drive.

One other permit was issued for a new home build for $207,000, and three other permits were issued for renovations at residential properties.
