Palm Coast Woman's Club names new president

Pat Kane has been named the new president of the Palm Coast Woman's Club.

Kane was the former District 6 director presiding over the 14 clubs located in Brevard, Flagler and Volusia counties.

The Palm Coast club is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, one of the largest volunteer organizations in the world with 10,000 members in Florida, from the Panhandle to the Keys. Each club selects projects based on the needs of their individual communities. Last year, Florida clubs collectively donated over $6 million in goods and money to a wide variety of causes.

The club meets the third Friday of the month from September through May. If you wish to volunteer your time and talents, call Ellen at 246-6043.
