With the success of the recent free back-to-school haircuts event, Josie C. Garcia and Flora Cruz-Khan, owners of Spa Floridian & Salon, plan to continue their philanthropy with free haircuts for veterans 9 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. Nov. 5.
They wrote via email: “Our gratitude also goes to the following who made this event a success: Katrina Townsend, director of student services for Flagler Schools; community partners Mary Stetler, president of the Rotary of Palm Coast; Nick and Susan Bereda; Firehouse Subs; The S.T.U.F.F. Bus; and Casa de Alabanza."
