Best Advice: Don't settle on a spouse
The best advice I ever received was from my dad, when I was 15 years old. He told me to never settle for a person I could live with, but to settle down with the one person I couldn’t live without.
I took that advice to heart, and although my dad passed away the next year, when I was 16, I bet he would have been proud of my decision to marry my sweet, loving husband, Kenny.
We just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary, and I definitely cannot imagine my life without him.
