Indian Trails drops to third in video contest; vote today

Indian Trails Middle School has fallen to third place in Samsung’s nationwide Solve for Tomorrow video contest.

The video made by Dana Hausen's class at Indian Trails already won $70,000 in a Samsung grant, but the school is now in the running to be selected as a grand prize winner for an additional $30,000.

Indian Trails has 4,376 votes. Schoharie High School, in New York, is in first with 11,321 votes; and Sutter Middle School, in California, has 11,157 votes.

Voting continues until March 12. People can vote once per day.
