$340,000 permit in for House of Worship, on Old Kings

A total of 103 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Feb. 16 and Wednesday, Feb. 22.

One occupancy permit was issued, to Wholistickneads Massage Therapy, at 1 Florida Park Drive.

A $340,000 commercial permit was also issued to WR Construction, for site development to the House of Worship at 1970 Old Kings Road.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Saltwater Homes, for a $303,000 single-family residence at 28 Webb Lane. The largest renovation permit was issued to A Certified Screen, for a $54,000 addition to 195 Pritchard Drive.
