A Hammock Beach condominium topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 19 to Dec. 23.
James and Cornelia Manfre, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 216 of the Hammock Beach Club Condominium to Michael and Gale Cohen, of Goshen, Conn., for $322,500.
Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $663,000.

Andrew Trasatt, of Du Page, Ill., sold Unit 211 in Building B of Oceanside at Beverly Beach Condominium to Donald and Dorothea Kelley, of Winter Garden, for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,919 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $672,500.

Ellwood and Vivian Whitechurch, of Heathrow, sold Unit 706 of Surf Club III Condominium to Nancy Williams, of Franklin, Ind., for $265,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $414,900.
Michael Blackwell sold Unit 503 of Surf Club III Condominium to Daniel and Linda Dean, of Jacksonville, for $270,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $352,000.

Karen Royal, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Southlake Drive to Joel and Deborah Penny, of Louisville, Ky., for $215,000. Built in 2003, it had three bedrooms, three baths and 2,062 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $372,500.
