The city of Palm Coast and the Flagler County Schools will present “Hugo” Friday, July 13, at dusk in Central Park in Town Center.

Admission is free for this event, a monthly movie feature that is shown on a huge screen in the stage area at the main entrance tothe park. Concessions will also be available.
 

Friday Night Movie in Central Park will be held on the second Friday evening of each month in Central Park, located just north of Flagler Palm Coast High School on Bulldog Drive.

Bring blankets, chairs and bug spray.

Domestic Violence Awareness Benefit Golf Tournament — 7:30 a.m. Saturday, July 14, Grand Reserve Golf Club, 400 Grand Reserve Drive, Bunnell. Registration begins at 7:30, shotgun start begins at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $55 per player and includes range balls, greens/cart fees, prizes and lunch. Email [email protected] or call 748-2791.

Kids Fishing Clinic — 8 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Bing's Landing County Park, 5862 Oceanshore Blvd. A community service project of the Flagler Sportfishing Club which introduces kids ages 4 to 14 and their families (kids must be accompanied by an adult) to the joys of fishing, conservation and safety on the water. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the Bunnell Food Pantry. Call 446 3559.

Summer Shotgun Race — 8 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Palm Harbor Golf Club, 20 Palm Harbor Drive. Register at www.palmcoastgov.com/summershotgun.

Second Saturday Plant Sale — 10 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, 6400 N. Oceanshore Blvd. Features unusual and hard to find plants for your home, patio or garden. Regular park entrance fees apply. Call 446-6783 or email [email protected].
