More than 400 people attended the Sunday evening gathering in Flagler Beach.

Tuesday Coulter was a passenger in the car the night of the accident that killed Meredith Smith and Lane Burnsed.

Courtney Buchanan made more than 400 ribbons in remembrance of the two teens.

T.J. Roache, Michael Brick (obscured), Alan Stefancic and Sandra McKay launch a lantern in memory of their friends.
