Rain or shine, more than 15 Habitat for Humanity volunteers came out Saturday, June 9, to lay sod and check another item off the to-do list of building a new home in Flagler County.

The volunteers included Kathleen Cullen-Reuther, of Palm Coast’s Lowe’s.

“With all this rain, I was praying people would even show,” Al Miler said. “This is a great crew, and I’m happy with the turnout.”
