The residence was left secure, and no one had permission or authorization to be there. A perimeter check of the residence did not uncover any signs of forced entry, and a dust for fingerprints could not be conducted. The total stolen property value is estimated at $26,000 to 28,000.

He had last been at the residence to report a previous burglary on May 29 and had left it in good standing after that.
The residence had a broken front and rear window and also appeared to have been rummaged through and ransacked. The victim stated that a bookshelf in his room had been damaged, and the only thing he noticed to be missing was a box full of basketball memorabilia. There are no suspects at this time and the responding officer was unable to locate any signs of latent fingerprints.
