As of 5 p.m. March 5, a 50-acre woodland fire that was burning west of U.S. 1 in the area of Black Point Road and State Road 100, had been contained.
Emergency crews and FireFlight responded to the scene.
No evacuations were currently necessary.
Drift smoke and ash from this fire may be noted in Bunnell and parts of southern Palm Coast based on the current winds.
