Dash it all
8:32 p.m. — First Block of Kingswood Drive. Larceny Motor Vehicle. A victim parked her vehicle in a parking space where she worked, and when she returned several hours later she observed that the passenger door to the truck was slightly open. The vehicle appeared to have been entered by an unknown suspect, and property was scattered around. The victim stated that the truck was recently purchased, and that she had accidentally left the passenger door unlocked.
The contents of her purse, which had been sitting on the passenger seat, were scattered, and $130 in cash, a bottle of oxycodone pills and a pre-paid cell phone were missing. The suspect had also removed a section of the dash in an attempt to remove the vehicle’s CD player, which was still intact, hanging from the dash, and did not appear damaged. No fingerprints could be found, and there were no cameras facing her vehicle in the lot.

I’ll wear them out
