+ Rus Saboe joins Realty Exchange in Palm Coast
Realty Exchange LLC has announced the hiring of Rus Saboe as its new office sales manager for both its Palm Coast and Flagler Beach offices. Former founder of several real estate offices in Florida and Minnesota, Saboe was also the Flagler County Association of Realtors president in 2009.
For the past year, he has been a life coach in Flagler Beach.
Realty Exchange was founded in 2005 by Julie Sabine. Partner Dave Petkovsek joined in 2009. The company currently has 40 employees and sold more than 500 properties in 2011.

Former owner of All Counties Insurance Agency Rich Mondelli has been hired as Prudential Warren Real Estate’s newest real estate agent.
Mondelli moved to Palm Coast from Long Island, N.Y., in 1997.

+ Frank Sockman: Grand Haven Realty’s top agent of 2011
Grand Haven Realty has recognized Frank Sockman as its top selling agent in 2011. Sockman sold 33 properties in Grand Haven and had 14 of his listed properties sell at the master planned community, for a total sales volume of more than $5 million.
According to Grand Haven Realty Broker Sterling Colee, Grand Haven continued to see positive sales activity in 2011, with 124 sales totaling over $29 million, including resale homes, lots and new builder homes.

+ Callahan earns ReMax award; Lovett joins staff
Tracy Callahan was recently presented ReMax Flagstaff’s Executive Club Award for being one of the most successful agents in the nationwide ReMax network. A 12-year industry veteran, Callahan specializes in relocation and distressed properties.
