Frenemies stole firearms?
9:04 p.m. — First Block of Lakeside Place West. Larceny. A victim advised that he and his wife had been out of town on a cruise, and when they returned he noticed his firearm was missing from the bedroom closet.
His daughter was unsure of all the visitors she’d had over and could not provide information on a possible suspect. Numerous other items were also missing from the house, but the victim did not wish to report anything else. He stated that the firearm did not have a magazine inserted and no round in the chamber, and no magazine or rounds had been taken.
Runny hose
10:01 a.m. — 100 Block of Karas Trail. Criminal Mischief. A victim advised that someone had turned on the hose outside her house during the night. She found the water running on the side of the house at approximately 8 a.m., and then left to take her kids to school. When she returned, she also observed that someone had scratched/keyed the name “Avery” onto her vehicle’s passenger front quarter panel. She stated that she does not know who could have done this, but suspects it may have been one of two males who live in the area. She believes one may have written the name on her vehicle to try and get the other in trouble. There is no further information at this time.
