Need some inspiration for taking photos close to home?

The Photography Club of Flagler County has a blog that offers tips like these from Steve Sobel: 1: Always have your camera with you, and 2: Pay attention to your surroundings.

Those pricinples helped Sobel take this photo of a toad after a club meeting one night. Find out how he did it in his web post. Click here to visit the blog.

According to the club's website, the mission is to educate and develop both novice and advanced members, as well as "develop and promote good fellowship through active participation" and "respond to member needs for self improvement."

Guests are welcome. The club meets 7-9 p.m. the third Wednesday of every month, at Hancock Bank, 300 Palm Coast Parkway.
