For the second week in a row, a Casa Bella condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 8-12. Gregory and Maryann Petras, of Sanford, sold Unit 401 of Casa Bella II Condominium, 165 Avenue Del La Mer, to Walter and Andrea Wozniak, of Daytona Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $340,000.

BUNNELL
Swayne Strickland, of Bunnell, sold the home at 501 Palm St. to Jennifer Gordon, of Bunnell, for $45,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,016 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $140,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlantic Beach
Steven and Holly Luther, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2613 Daytona Avenue S. to Wayne and Debbie Oliver, of Delhi, N.Y., for $165,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $171,000.

THE HAMMOCK
Hammock Beach
Patrick and Caroline Robinson, of Ocala, sold condominium Unit 1224, The Villas at Hammock Beach, 25 Ocean Crest Drive, to Vivek Properties LLC, of New Hyde Park, N.Y., for $190,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $164,000.

Sea Colony
Michael Ferrara and Cynthia Chesser, of Newburgh, N.Y., sold the home at 19 Bedford Drive to Vincent Mosca and Karen Mosca, of Palm Coast, for $222,200. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $270,000.

Belle Terre
Elda Dupras, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 324 Parkview Drive to Matthew and Tammy Roland, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 1985 for $67,000.

Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 43 Patric Drive to Shinnecock Properties Inc., of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $250,000.

Cypress Knoll
Fannie Mae sold the home at 8 Edison Lane to Robert Valdez, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,594 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $207,000.

Indian Trails
Russell Breitmos, of Butler, Penn., sold the home at 73 Beaverdam Lane to Dawn Mott, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $72,100.

Matanzas Woods
The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 105 Laramie Drive to Southern Orchid LLC and Tracy Callahan PA, of Flagler Beach, for $102,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $104,300.

Palm Harbor
William Clay and Candice Clay, of Manassas Park, Va., sold the home at 8 Cardwell Court to Walter and Barbara Ejnes, of West Hemstead, N.Y., for $180,000. Built by the sellers in 1973, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 9 Century Lane to Attila Dandrea, of Palm Coast, for $184,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $430,000.

Daniel House, Daniel Bonini and Ronald Bonini, of Plantation, sold the home at 15 Clarendon Court S. to James and Linda Causier, of Glen Saint Mary, for $235,000. Built by the sellers in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,902 square feet of living area.

Citifinancial Services Inc. sold the home at 23 Fitzgerald Lane to Dorothy Kelly, of Palm Coast, for $87,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,206 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $163,000.

Pine Grove
Victor and Elena Visotsky, of Annandale, Va., sold the home at 15 Phoenix Lane to Yakov Shvartszayd and Joan Eisen, of Cresskill, N.J., for $136,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $210,300.

TJKR LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Ponderosa Lane to Andrew and Deborah Bowmer, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,870 square feet of living area. It sold in August 2012 for $76,000.

Saroeun Roeun and Noleda Touch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Postman Lane to Naronn Hem, of Palm Coast, for $79,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $216,400.

Pine Lakes
Andrea Munoz, of Surfside, sold the home at 6 Wavra Place to Donnie and Nicole Taylor, of Amelia, Va., for $155,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,769 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Robert Frevele, of Port Jefferson, N.Y., sold the home at 25 Wendy Lane to Lawrence and Grace Bottone, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,691 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $125,000.

Joanne Lind, of Rowley, Mass., sold the home at 18 White Feather Lane, to Karyn Hampton, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $125,000.

Quail Hollow
Vitaliy Litovchenko, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 27 Zinnia Trail to Yefim Mednikov, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built by the seller in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,237 square feet of living area.

GV United Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Zither Court to William and Gladys Moore, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold in July 2012 for $81,200.

Seminole Woods
Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Underwick Path to Brian Cox, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It sold in April 2012 for $85,000.

Shangri-La
Frank and Angela Prinsi, of Flagler Beach, sold condominium Unit 203, Building 4 of Shangri-La at Palm Coast, 308 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., to Ronald Slater, of Palm Coast, for $42,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $34,700.

Tidelands
Trucap REO Corp. sold condominium Unit 1412 at Tidelands, 95 Riverview Bend S., to Myron Schlechter and Maria Schlechter, of Elyria, Ohio, for $92,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $195,000.

Woodhaven
Donald and Juireine Goodson and Maxine Goodson, of Stratford, Conn., sold condominium Unit 41-102 of Woodhaven at Palm Coast, 13 Hembury Lane, to Joyce Strother, of Palm Coast, for $62,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area.
