Two Hammock Dunes properties tied to top the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 29 to Nov. 2.
The Cunningham Family Limited Partnership, of Ormond Beach, sold condominium Unit 806 of Portofino at Hammock Dunes, 7 Avenue De La Mer, to Phillip and Pamela Gaible, of Cincinnati, for $750.000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,840 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1.6 million.
Nicholas and Kelli Jebbia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Montilla Place to WSSG Real Estate Associates LLC, of Atlanta, for $750,000. Built by the sellers in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,127 square feet of living area.

Palm Pointe
Jimmy Millhollin and Annette Gardinal, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 13B of Palm Pointe I Condominium Phase II, 4600 Moody Blvd. E., to Sergey Nevod, of Palm Coast, for $25,700. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, one bath and 781 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $149,900.

John and Rose Champion, of Flagler Beach, sold townhouse Unit 32, Costa Del Sol, 2700 Oceanshore Blvd. S., to Lisa Hoffman, of Flagler Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. It sold in March 2012 for $140,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 1836 Central Ave. S. to Pamela Lindsey, of Flagler Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,489 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $176,200.
Robert Souza, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1712 Central Ave. to Edward and Linda Brady, of Paris, Ky., for $318,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,956 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $630,000.
