Jonathan Haglund and Peter Gutierrez change costumes, personalities and voices 22 times in the performance “Greater Tuna” at the City Repertory Theatre 7:30 p.m. Oct. 25, 26 and 27.

“The comic talent on display is incredibly riotous, actually quite unbelievable,” said CRTArtistic Director John Sbordone. “It’s a two-man show – Jonathan Haglund and Peter Gutierrez -- with more than twenty whacked-out, screwball Southern Texas loonies. I’ve never before seen anything so continuously, uproariously funny.”

Haglund has become a familiar theatrical presence in these parts – having made notable appearances in CRT’s “Bus Stop” and “Art” and in Robert Gill’s production of “Check Please.” Gutierrez was seen recently as Mr. Saunders in Limelight Theater’s “Lend Me a Tenor.”

Tickets for the show are $15. City Repertory Theatre is located at Hollingsworth Gallery, 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B207, in City Marketplace.
