VFW celebrates Labor Day with 200

More than 200 people attended the Labor Day Picnic Monday, Sept. 3, at the Palm Coast Veterans of Foreign War. For the attendees, the day was about fellowship and gratitude.

The VFW will hold a Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day Event 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22. The program will begin at 3 p.m. and will honor all Vietnam veterans in attendance, including nonmembers. Following that will be a buffet, music and dancing. This event is free for all Vietnam veterans. Tickets for all other guests are $10.
