The following is an update for permit activity in the city Aug. 30 to Sept. 5. Total number of all permits issued: 80.
Commercial permit applications received:
• Caprock LLC applied for a $2,300 permit for interior renovations to 15 Hargrove Grade Unit A.
• Town and Country Homes applied for an $8,000 permit for interior renovations to 391 Palm Coast Parkway Units 603 and 604.
• Whitley Builders applied for a $2,800 permit for interior renovations and demolition of walls at 4875 Palm Coast Parkway Units 1402 and 1403.
Commercial permits issued:
• The Door Store was issued a $2,300 permit for six window replacements at Elks Lodge at 53 Old Kings Road.
Residential permits issued:
