PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Sept. 17 to Sept. 21:

• Viapure Nutrition LLC is a retail sales company at 31 Lupi Court.
• Hero’s Internet Center is an Internet café at 50 Plaza Drive.
• Tarnished Halos Publishing is a business at 21 Old Kings Road N.
• Cardtronics USA Inc. is an automated teller machine at 220 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Bhardwaat Mohabir Lawn Mowing is a home-based landscaping service.
• Expert Tile Works LLC is a home-based flooring installation service.
• Pauline Mitchells Higher Calling Lawn Service is a home-based landscaping service.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Sept. 15 to Sept. 20. Total number of all permits issued: 131.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Tyco Integrated Security LLC applied for a $2,275 permit for interior renovations to 4 Office Park Drive.
• Caprock LLC applied for a $2,300 permit for interior renovations to 15 Hargrove Grade Unit A.

Residential permits issued:
• Viking Contractors was issued a $2,400 permit for an addition to 60 Fallen Oak Lane.
• Viking Contractors was issued a $17,400 contract for an addition to 14 Waldron Place.
• Wendell Homes Inc. was issued a $74,900 permit for an addition to 20 Beacon Mill.
• A Certified Screen Service was issued a $1,200 permit for an addition to 190 Arena Lake Drive.
• A Certified Screen Service was issued a $900 permit for an addition to 183 Arena Lake Drive.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $1,000 permit for an addition to 48 Ramblewood Drive.
• Vanacore Construction Inc. was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Eisenhower Court.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $275,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Lamont Lane.
• DR Horton Inc was issued a $213,000 permit for a single-family residence at 74 Arena Lake Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 84 Arena Lake Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Temptation Bakery claimed occupancy at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way Unit 6.
