A woman fakes her own death to steal someone's bicycle; and, a father and son pack punches for a pack a cigs.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure: Ormond Edition
4:38 p.m. — 300 Block of Granada Boulevard. Theft/bicycle. The suspect rented a bicycle and didn’t return it when she was supposed to, the owner told police.
The owner was unable to contact the suspect, but received separate phone calls from people claiming they were the suspect’s mother and sister. Those people said the suspect had died.
The store owner then discovered the suspect had a criminal history of theft and had been previously booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail.
Police said the suspect recently pawned some jewelry, and will attempt to contact her through the number she gave the pawn shop.

10:16 p.m. — First Block of Fox Hollow Road. Disturbance. A father and son got into a verbal argument after the father said he wouldn't give his son a cigarette.
During the argument, the son threw several items around the residence and punched several holes in the wall, the father told police.
The son left the residence after the father threatened to call the police.
