Commercial permit applications:

• Clear Choice applied for a $10,000 permit for interior renovations to 890 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
• Intercoastal Construction applied for a $2,000 permit for interior renovations to 160 Cypress Point Parkway, C110.
Commercial permits issued:
• Fantastic Homes was issued a $22,640 permit for interior renovations to 55 Plaza Drive, Unit 8.
• Saboungi Construction was issued a $7,000 permit for clubhouse modifications to 100 Cooper Lane.
