PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts April 22 to April 26:
• Burrito 101 is a restaurant at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.
• American Towers LLC is at 29 Utility Drive.
• McNeal Contractors LLC is at 4867 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Keith Lutz Lawnz and Aim Lawn Services, both landscaping services; Leap of Faith Entertainment, an entertainment service; R. Murray Painting; and Quality Custom Framing

The following is an update for permit activity in the city April 19 to April 25. Total number of all permits issued: 168.
Commercial permit applications received:
• Kehle Construction applied for a $6,000 permit for interior renovations to 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit C201.
• Kirby Bros Construction applied for a $3,500 permit for security gates at 179 Riverview Bend S.
• Pauls Kiwi Restorations applied for a $2,300 permit for a dumpster pad at 10 Lake Forest Way.
Commercial permits issued:
• Nialvi LLC was issued a $32,000 permit for interior renovations to Yogurt City at 1214 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
Residential permits issued:
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $472,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Native Oak Court.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $280,000 permit for a single-family residence at 11 Chesney Court.
• Ideal Homes of Palm Coast was issued a $262,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Fallon Lane.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition to 83 Edith Pope Drive.
• Michael Gregory Homes Inc. was issued a $2,100 permit for alterations to 7 Cute Court.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $1,000 permit for an addition to 9 Renmont Place.
Occupancy permits issued:
• Palm Coast Organics claimed occupancy at 1030 Palm Coast Parkway N.W., Unit 2.
• CLR Choice Inc. claimed occupancy at 5 Utility Drive, No. 11.
• Vector Security Inc. claimed occupancy at 1 Hargrove Grade, Unit 1H.
Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
