I’ll have a No. 1 and a No. 2
4:40 p.m. 4000 Block of Belle Terre Parkway. Intoxication. A deputy was dispatched to a liquor store, where he observed a “highly intoxicated” male leaning against the side of the liquor store wall, urinating on it in broad daylight for everyone to see. The deputy smelled a strong alcoholic odor coming from the man’s breath and body. The man was escorted to the liquor store so he could continue his urination out of public sight.
When taken in to the Flagler County Inmate Facility, it became apparent that the man had also defecated in his pants. After blowing into the portable breath tester for another deputy, the man’s blood alcohol content read .271.
It should be noted that the man is one of many individuals who have been warned about drinking in public numerous times and trespassed not only for the liquor store property (lifted by management) in the past, but also a nearby convenience store for similar actions.

Did not pass go, did collect $200
9:40 a.m. 300 Block of North State Street. A deputy made contact with a man that said he received a red light citation in the mail from the city of Palm Coast for a trailer tag that he owned. The man said he couldn’t have run the red light because he had been out of town for the last few months. While he was out of town, he says, he parked the car in a fenced area at a local body shop.
The citation photo shown to the deputy depicted an unidentifiable green vehicle with a spoiler. The deputy was able to confirm that the man does not have a green vehicle registered in his name. The man said he showed the citation picture to the owner of the body shop, but the owner was unable to recognize the vehicle. The Sheriff’s Office was asked to provide a clearer image of the vehicle.

A voice mail worth a thousand expletives
2:58 p.m. 200 Block of Ocean Crest Drive. Phone Obscene/Harassing. A female employee and a male employee of a residential community both reported receiving verbally-upsetting voice mails. They both said a man was upset about an incident that occurred with a board member of the homeowners association.
The man said his son told him he was video-recorded by the board member while on the grounds of the amenities. The man said the board member was yelling at his son, because she believed he wasn’t allowed to be there.
The upset man did admit that his other son is in fact the one that was not to be on the premises, but it was the younger son who was recorded.
The man used some colorful language in his phone rant, stating that “they better straighten this out,” “this (fudging basket) has no right to videotape my son,” “the security guards are running their (frolicking) mouths,” “I’m sick of this (spit),” “I want this to end” and “I’m to the point that I’m going to get a high profile lawyer and sue the (ship) out of you and try suing the (snuff) out of you and your whole resort.”
The resort has had numerous documented incidents with the man’s family. The older son is the only son that has been trespassed from the property at this time. No actual threats were made; the resort personnel said they just wanted the case documented.
