Photos released of suspects in liquor store robberies

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying two men who are believed to be connected with the robbery of Sharps Discount Liquor located at 103 Flagler Plaza Drive in October 2012 and August 2013.

In the most recent robbery, a suspect entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanded cash and a bottle of high-end liquor from the store clerk. The robber then ordered the clerk to the back of the store. The clerk saw the opportunity to flee and ran out of the store to a neighboring business. The robber followed the clerk outside and then fired a single shot at her before he fled the scene. No one was hurt in the incident.

The Sheriff's Office has released photos of the suspects in hopes of finding them. The black male subject shown wearing the plaid shirt and baseball cap is the suspect in the recent robbery at Sharps Discount Liquor.

The black male subject wearing a white T-shirt and dreadlocks was observed on video purchasing a hat similar to the one worn in the August 2013 robbery at a nearby gas station just before the robbery occurred. The person of interest was observed entering a vehicle leaving the gas station on surveillance video.

The last two photos show two supsects involved in the October 2012 robbery of Sharps Discount Liquour.
