Dunn’s Attic & Auction House opens; the Marketing NEXT Expo is right around the corner; new real estate agents in town; and more.

Now open: Dunn’s Attic and Auction House
Dunn’s Attic and Auction House, at 136 W. Granada Blvd., hosted its Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce-sponsored ribbon-cutting Aug. 23. Owner Wes Dunn opened his store Aug. 24. The event was attended by City Commissioner Rick Boehm.
The 12,000-square-foot auction house holds auctions, offers appraisals and features an artists' gallery and consignment store. Live auctions feature art, antiques and collectibles. The showroom is also available to rent for special events.

Marketing Expo coming soon: Sept. 11
A convention meant to “educate and empower" business owners, marketers and employees, the Marketing NEXT Expo, will take place on Sept. 11, at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, 100 N. Atlantic Ave.
Tickets at the door will be $129, and a portion of all proceeds will benefit local first-responders.

Become a licensed social worker
Angel Epstein, certified social worker and psychiatric ARN, is now fully trained and licensed by the state as a qualified supervisor for clinical social work interns who want to become licensed.
Individual supervision is $55 per hour and group supervision is $35 per hour. Call 299-0497.
Adams, Cameron & Co. expands
Connie Moore has joined staff at Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors. A Florida real estate agent since 1982, Moore is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors and specializes in residential construction and financing. Her family moved from Michigan to Ormond Beach in 1970, where she attended Seabreeze High School.
Also joining Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors is Matt Gomes, a nine-year Florida resident. Originally from Shelton, Conn., he has worked 20 years in public relations, working guest services with the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort.
