Hospital cancer center recognized and Chamber of Commerce announces officers

Couple start construction consulting firm
Jeff and Robin Williams, of Ormond Beach, started a construction consulting firm last month called Structure Diagnostics LLC. Working from home, the husband-and-wife team will identify the cause of building construction issues and provide a detailed repair procedure. Jeff Williams has 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Structure Diagnostics offers engineering and architectural liaison and independent testing of construction materials. In early 2014, they plan to open an office in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Visit structurediagnostics.com.
Hospital earns breast center accreditation
Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center Comprehensive Cancer Center is the only facility within Volusia and Flagler counties to earn a three-year full accreditation by the American College of Surgeons, according to a press release. The cancer center demonstrated compliance including center leadership, clinical management, research, community outreach, professional education and quality improvement.
Chamber announces officers for new year
The Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2014 slate of officers: president, Chris Butera; past president, Dan Warren; president-elect, Bill Navarra; treasurer, Dan Warren; vice president of economic development, John Walsh; vice president of community programs, Trace Pendry; vice president of membership services, Angela Payne-Jelenic; vice president of community events, Bill Navarra; and executive director, Rick Fraser.
