Less than a year after its initial opening, Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Palm Coast has extended its hours and now serves lunch.

The change came with a company-wide push to start offering extending hours nationwide. As of June 3, the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. with a new lunch menu.

The menu offers faster, less expensive options than the dinner menu and includes Carrabba’s specialties as well as some new items, said Mike Xifaras, proprietor of the Palm Coast restaurant.

“Business has been great, and I think it will continue with the lunch hours,” Xifaras said. “In Palm Coast especially, we have a great burgeoning market full of people eager for food.”
