The following is an update for permit activity in the city from June 7 to June 13. Total number of permits issued: 186.
Commercial permit applications
• WH Bass applied for a $950,000 permit for a discount tire store at 5860 State Road 100.
Occupancy permits
• Whitley Builders/Electrical claimed occupancy at 3 Market Place, Suite D.
• Touch Point Alliance claimed occupancy at 520 Palm Coast Parkway, 201.
• Devoted Tattoo Studio claimed occupancy at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, 205.
• Green Footprint Energy claimed occupancy at 5 Farraday Lane, 201.
Residential permits issued
• Skyway Builders was issued a $410,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Long Lake Way.
• Sweetwater Custom Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Esperanto Drive.
• St. Augustine Aluminum was issued a $14,500 permit for an addition at 616 Mahogany Run.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $204,000 permit for a single-family residence at 53 Arrowhead Drive.
• Roman Building Contractors was issued a $16,500 permit for alterations to 5 Fairview Lane.
• Waterout of Northeast Florida was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition to 4 Slowdrift Turn.
• U.S. Aluminum was issued a $4,719 permit for an addition to 21 Lakeview Lane.
• Screen Machines was issued a $3,500 permit for an addition to 68 Baltimore Lane.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $3,250 permit for an addition to 7 Seriema Place.
• Millers Screen was issued a $2,170 permit for alterations to 3 Rydell Lane.
• TLE Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for alterations to 66 Sloganeer Trail.
• Millers Screen was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations to 42 Wellstone Drive.
New Business Activity
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts June 7 to June 13:
• 2 of a Kind Hair Studio, a salon, opened at 232 St. Joe Plaza Drive.
• Coastal Mental Health Center Inc. has opened at 31 Lupi Court. It is a professional unclassified business.
• Home-based businesses: Old World Floor Fashions, flooring installations; Green Foot Print Energy, unclassified personal service; JPM Pressure Washing & Home Services, a pressure washing business; Innovedia by Trish Perry, a web design business; and Barb’s Cleaning Crew, a janitorial service.
