If you're not with me, you're against me

7:49 p.m. — First Block of Lake Walden Trail. Civil Complaint. A wife called the Ormond Beach Police Department when she arrived home to find her husband arguing with the neighbors.

The argument began when the neighbor walked over to the property line while and started screaming at the husband for no apparent reason while he mowed the lawn, the husband told police. Once the wife arrived, she took over the argument on the husband's behalf. It continued until an officer showed up, at which point the neighbor cited an incident which happened a year prior.

Despite the officer explaining that there was nothing he could do about the past incident, the neighbor continued, then brought up another incident that occurred about a week prior, when the husband and wife were arguing. The neighbor again insisted on the officer documenting the civil matter from a year ago, and for the third time, the officer said he could do nothing about it.

At this point, the neighbor had had enough. She said she wanted to speak to the officer's supervisor, then went inside to call dispatch. The supervising officer arrived on scene and the neighbor denied everything she said to the deputy.
