Marketplace shifts management

Two Flagler Beach companies, Preferred Management Services and ReMax Oceanside, have taken over lease and management duties of the Ormond Beach Marketplace, on Nova Road, which is home to new local businesses Steve’s Famous Diner Restaurant and Edible Arrangements.

Preferred Management Owner Lea Stokes says her company has seen a “growth spurt” since last March, when it merged with ReMax and purchased Commercial World Inc, also of Flagler Beach.

“We are excited to be expanding our services to include more properties in Volusia County as well,” she said.
