Tammy Jo Gordon, 46, was found Tuesday after an Ormond Beach police officer took her to Halifax Health Medical Center, the Sheriff's Office said.

Tammy Jo Gordon, 46, was reported missing at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday. However, the Sheriff’s Office said she was located by Ormond Beach police officers early Tuesday morning and transported to Halifax Health Medical Center for a medical evaluation.
Officers were unable to determine her identity. Gordon was transferred to another medical facility, where, authorities said, a nurse contacted the Sheriff’s Office after learning of the missing person case.
Gordon’s boyfriend was the last person to see her before she disappeared. He told authorities he went to sleep Monday night and she was gone when he woke up.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Gordon has a “medical condition that causes muscle spasms, confusion and disorientation.”
