Commercial permit applications received:

Commercial permits issued:
• The Hatch Group was issued a $490,000 permit for a Dollar General retail store at 500 Palm Coast Parkway.
• East Flagler Mosquito Control was issued a $2,639 permit for a storage structure on 24 Utility Drive.
• TWW Restaurant Design Group was issued a $2,400 permit for a storage structure at 160 Cypress Edge Drive.
Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $366,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Essington Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 31 Esperanto Drive.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $176,000 permit for a single-family residence at 28 Woodlawn Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $148,000 permit for a single-family residence at 48 Evans Drive.
Occupancy permits issued:
