Children took over the Flagler County Government Services Building Saturday, March 9, for the annual Flagler Children’s Day, sponsored by the Volusia/Flagler Early Learning Coalition, Flagler County Schools' Office of Student Services, Adult Education Early Learning Center and Flagler County Schools Nutrition Services.

The event was the kickoff to the statewide Children’s Week, an effort to bring a voice for children in Tallahassee. It featured live entertainment by the Matanzas High School Club Hispanico and Pak's Karate. There were also several crafts and games offered by various school groups.
